Domain and DNS
A domain is the address that everything else depends on: the website, email, links on business cards. It costs almost nothing, but mistakes with it are expensive: not renewed, pointed to the wrong place, given to a contractor and you cannot get it back. Here is what people usually come with.
What people come here with
- Choose and register a domain
- Set up DNS records
- Transfer a domain to another registrar
- Connect Cloudflare: protection, HTTPS, cache
- The domain expired or was hijacked
